Leverage of 50x means that when using leverage in investment or trading, you can manage an amount 50 times greater than your own capital. This is frequently used in derivatives trading such as foreign exchange (Forex), futures, and stock margin trading.

Advantages of 50x Leverage

1. Large trades are possible with small capital

Even with limited capital, it provides opportunities to achieve high returns through large trades. For example, if you invest \$1,000 and trade \$50,000, even a 1% increase in asset price will yield a \$500 profit, which is 50% of your capital.

2. Increased capital efficiency

It provides opportunities to participate in various markets without large capital.

Disadvantages of 50x Leverage (Risks)

1. Losses are also magnified 50 times

Leverage magnifies not only profits but also losses. If the asset price falls by 1%, you will incur a loss of \$500, which is half of your investment amount (\$1,000).

2. Liquidation risk (Margin Call)

If losses exceed the margin, the account may be forcibly liquidated. For example, if you have \$1,000 in your account and traded \$50,000, a 2% drop in asset price will result in a \$1,000 loss, leading to account liquidation.
Increased psychological burden: High volatility can put significant psychological pressure on investors.

durumis = 18x Leverage!

The multilingual website, durumis's current business item, can be considered as 18x leverage. Publishing one article results in an additional 17 articles being published. (For convenience, we will refer to this as 20 in the future.) Therefore, the number of indexes increases 20 times compared to a regular blog.

My first multilingual website started on December 27th. The rate at which the index increases when publishing one article corresponds to 50x leverage.

The second multilingual website started on January 10th. Similarly, the second website shows a step-like increase in the index.

The third multilingual website also started on January 10th. Since many categories were created at the beginning, a high step is formed.

The introduction was a bit long, but in this blog post, I would like to discuss the correct method for registering a domain in Search Console.
Domain registration in Search Console is done in four formats.

https://durumis.com/

http://durumis.com/

https://www.durumis.com/

http://www.durumis.com/

If the website was operated using a subdomain method, just thinking about it is terrifying. To submit 50 languages in four subdomain formats, you would have to register 200, and since there are 3 websites, a total of 600 times, and if you need to submit sitemaps and RSS, 1200 tasks would have been needed.

Let's explain the four domain address methods,

Protocol: http and https

At the very beginning of the website address,http:// or https:// indicates the protocol. This defines the method (rules) of exchanging data between the web browser and the web server. These two protocols have the following differences.

  • http (HyperText Transfer Protocol)

http is the basic protocol used to retrieve web pages. However, http is an insecure connection method, and data between the browser and the server is transmitted unencrypted. When exchanging sensitive data such as login information or payment information, there is a risk that someone may steal the data in the middle. Therefore, using http is not recommended for websites where security is important.

  • https (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure)

https is a more secure version of http. When exchanging data, it is encrypted using an SSL/TLS certificate, so the transmitted information is securely protected. SSL/TLS authentication ensures that the site is a reliable server, and encryption prevents hackers from decrypting the content even if they steal the information. Banks, shopping malls, and login pages, etc., where security is important, must use https. Currently, most modern websites are adopting https as the standard to enhance security, and browsers also trust websites using https more. For example, Google Chrome displays a "Not Secure" warning message for websites using http.

Subdomain: www.

www. in the domain name is called a subdomain. A subdomain is part of a domain and is used to represent a specific section of a website.

  • Meaning and history of www:
www is an abbreviation for World Wide Web and has traditionally been used in website addresses. In the early days of the internet, most website addresses included www, and this was common practice.
    Example: www.example.com

  • Domains without www:
Over time, domain addresses without www also began to be widely used.
    Example: example.com
Many modern websites are configured to be accessible without www for user convenience. For example, even if you enter example.com, it is automatically redirected to www.example.com or vice versa.

  • Difference between www and non-www:
www.example.com and example.com are considered technically different addresses. Therefore, if they are not unified, there is a possibility that they will be recognized as duplicate content in search engine optimization (SEO). Generally, website owners designate one as the main address and configure the other address to redirect to the main address.
Example: Setting it so that when a user enters example.com, it automatically goes to www.example.com, or vice versa.

In summary,

  • http and https: https is a protocol that enhances security through data encryption and has become the basic standard in modern websites.
  • www and non-www: www is a traditional address format, but the omitted form is also widely used. However, since the two addresses are technically different, it is important to unify them.

On January 29, 2025, on the 33rd day, I finished all the settings, so I sincerely hope that I will not touch any settings related to the website anymore.

From now on, what I need to do is consistently publish high-quality posts and maintain unwavering faith!

Please!!!
